A Melburnian refused to wear a mask in public because of an acne breakout on his chin.
Police fined at least 29 residents in coronavirus-hit Victoria for failing to wear a mandatory face covering when leaving home on Wednesday.
The man from the Port Phillip area, south of Melbourne CBD, told authorities his excuse for not wearing a mask was due to the fact he was suffering a ‘bad pimple’.

Victoria Police issued a total of 204 fines to individuals breaching coronavirus rules in the last 24 hours, including 29 people not wearing a mask (Melbourne pictured during lockdown)
Police discovered several other breaches including a group of seven Melburnians who were gathered in Prahran Square drinking alcohol.
Five men were also found celebrating a birthday at a house in Braybrook.
Another man was discovered visiting a friend who admitted he was waiting for the results of a COVID-19 test.
Melbourne is under a strict stage 4 lockdown where residents may only leave home for essential reasons and must stay inside between 8pm to 5am.
Shopping and exercise must be done 5km from home and only one person from each household can go shopping per day.
Recreational activity is also banned and you can only exercise with one other person for one hour a day.
Victoria Police and the Australian Defence Force conduct regular patrols and spot checks across Melbourne.

Multiple people were also intercepted across the Metro Melbourne on their way to see a friend during curfew hours on Wednesday night.
71 people were fined for breaking curfew and 9 fines were issued at vehicle checkpoints.
Police issued a total of 204 fines to individuals in the last 24 hours and checked at least 17,291 cars at designated checkpoints.
At least 4,708 spot checks were also conducted on people at homes, businesses and public places across Victoria.
Penalties for breaching most coronavirus rules include a $1,652 fine or a $200 fine for failing to wear a mask.
Melburnians allowed to work on-site also have to show a permit or official work ID or face fines of up to $99,123 for businesses and up to $19,826 for individuals.
Another eight Victorians died from coronavirus on Thursday and 278 new cases have been recorded.
The deaths bring the state's death toll to 275 and the national figure to 360.
