Police on hunt for man after 'up-skirting' incident at shopping centre
Police are on the hunt for a man after a disturbing "up-skirting" incident in a public bathroom last month in Melbourne's north.
Sex offence detectives from Fawkner have been told a 20-year-old woman was inside a bathroom cubical at a shopping centre on Craigieburn Road about 7.30pm on July 22 when she saw a man's tradie boots in the cubical next to hers.

"The woman then looked up and observed an unknown man filming her on his mobile phone from above," a police spokeswoman said.
The frightened woman then screamed and the man quickly fled before driving away in a dark-coloured 2002-2004 Holden Commodore VY, police say.
Investigators have now released CCTV of a man they wish to find. He appears to be Caucasian, aged in his 20s, and had short black hair and a beard at the time the footage was shot.
Anyone who recognises the man or with information is urged to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or visit www.crimestoppersvic.com.au
