Raj Thackeray on Tuesday said that let gyms reopen, we'll see what will happen
Mumbai: The gym owners in demand to reopen the gyms in Maharashtra on Tuesday met Maharashtra Navnirman Chief (MNS), Raj Thackeray, at his residence in Mumbai.
The gyms are being closed amid the coronavirus outbreak in Maharashtra. Despite, the central government issuing orders to open the gyms, the state government has not permitted the gyms to reopen in Maharashtra.
After understanding the situation, Raj Thackeray while advising the gym association and its members said, “I permit you to open the gym, we’ll see what happens.” All services are being streamlined amid the lockdown in a phased manner but the administration has not yet permitted to restart the gyms.

The gym professionals and bodybuilders met MNS president in Mumbai to take up the issue of re-opening the gym.
Raj Thackeray said, "I have spoken to the Leader of the Opposition Devendra Fadnavis. He also said that the gym should recommence. Now I will say, start the gym, whoever wants to come, will come to the gym. Be careful to follow the guidelines issued by the Centre.
"Markets are open from the past few days, why gyms are not functioning?” MNS President questioned
Slamming the state government further Raj Thackeray stated, "The Central government has already permitted the gyms to function then why the state government is not allowing. Does the state government have any special knowledge?”
Presenting such a question, Raj Thackeray has also targeted the state government. Speaking further, Raj Thackeray said, "How will you take care after starting the gym?" Answering Raj Thackeray's question, the gym professionals said, "We will stop cardio and we will also do sanitation. He also said that a batch of one hour is the intention to start a gym in such a manner.
