MANGALURU: A selfie video shot as a lockdown pastime by a class VI student of a private school in Babbukatte near Mangaluru has been trending on various social media platforms and it has been viewed by lakhs of viewers across the world. This is because of his pronunciation of a particular word.
Abdul Rahiman, a student of Hira Primary School, is seen struggling to pronounce the word "subscribe" and finally he ends up with the request to "sabakaribe" his channel. The video also has grabbed the attention of renowned singer Armaan Malik and actor Ashish Chanchlani has shared it on Instagram. Netizens were also quick to share and comment on the video that is trending on various social media platforms.

When contacted, Abdul Rahiman said that he loves to make such short videos. “I was following famous YouTuber Abu Zubair, who also pronounces the word subscribe in a mocking way," he said.
