A model who offered to help a mental health organisation after her own personal battle with depression was left livid after she was sent back a topless photo of a man's chest with a message telling to her sell it as a 't** picture' on her OnlyFans page.
Zoe Cain, 29, reached out to The Happiness Project on social media offering to help out after being inspired by the organisation's positive messages - posted daily to its hundreds of thousands of social media followers.
But the mental health worker, from Anglesey, Wales, who herself has battled with depression and anxiety, was left shocked and angry when her offer of assistance was met with a picture of a man's chest.
The picture, sent from The Happiness Project's Whatsapp account, was accompanied by the message: 'I reckon I could sell that as a tit picture on your OnlyFans and people wouldn't know. Chest pump in real today.'

Ms Cain, who runs an account named Blonde Gypsy Witch on the OnlyFans website, which allows people to charge users for often explicit pictures and videos, was not impressed.
She replied: 'Excuse me,' which prompted the response: 'It was only a joke.'
Ms Cain later questioned the professional nature of the message, before ending the conversation and blocking the account.
She has since hit out at the message, which she described as 'inappropriate and discriminatory'.
Ms Cain said: 'I've suffered from mental health issues, I'm a big advocate for supporting people's mental health.
'For someone in that position, with such a large number of followers, it's really inappropriate and it's also discriminatory.
'Someone like that shouldn't be anywhere near other people's mental health issues if that's the way they behave.
'That behaviour completely contradicts everything that organisation stands for.'
Ms Cain had contacted the non-profit organisation after recovering from a 'dark place'.
The organisation, set up by Joshua Martin Hudson in 2017, states 'it uses social media to help those battling mental illness.'
It posts daily positive messages to its 370,000 Facebook followers and 51,000 Instagram disciples.

As well as social media campaigns, the organisation also arranges events to help people with mental health issues.
Ms Cain was open about her own struggles with mental health issues to The Happiness Project, and thought she could lend her expertise.
The model, who has more than 33,000 followers on Instagram, had hoped to use her profile to support people's mental health issues.

She has previously volunteered with mental health charity Mind and since January, has worked as a support worker helping people with various mental health issues.
She messaged them on Instagram saying: 'I love your page and your work and I'm wondering if there's any way I can be involved at all?
'I've suffered with mental health and experienced family members with different things and I'm also a mental health support worker so would love to be part of your movement.'
She initially had a positive response, was given a mobile number to contact and was told she could help post content.
However she then received the photo when communicating through Whatsapp.
Responding to Zoe's criticism, The Happiness Project said: 'The photograph was sent as nothing more than a joke in response to me being in the gym.
'I do fully appreciate that this was not acceptable and have offered my deepest apologies.
'I do understand my sense of humour in this instance was not acceptable.
'I take full responsibility for it being inappropriate and can not apologise enough.
'The Happiness Project provided content that aims to eradicate the loneliness and isolation that people often feel and help them feel a little less alone during difficult times.'
