Vasai MLA gets Rs 5.5 lakh ‘inflated’ bill

Vasai MLA Hitendra Thakur of BVA party was shocked to get an ‘inflated’ power bill of Rs 5.5 lakh in July for Viva college in Virar, run by his trust.
The college has been shut since the lockdown was announced in March. Thakur, on Saturday, told mediapersons that he will not pay the bill till he gets a clarification from the MSEDCL.
