Cutcliffe Properties agent Craig Donkin described the enormous mansion as 'stunning'.
'It's a pretty impressive property and we've had tonnes of inquiries,' he told Daily Mail Australia. 'It's one of the best homes I've seen in 24 years of real estate.'
The property features a modern stone kitchen, games and rumpus rooms, four bathrooms, a fireplace and three of the five bedrooms have an ensuite and walk-in wardrobes.
'Everything is beautiful and of extreme quality and built to the highest standards,' Mr Donkin said.
The 560 square metre garage is a highlight of the home and is an unparalleled work space for the mechanically minded.
It includes a completely stocked bar and enough space to work on multiple cars at once.

'It's the best shed I've ever seen in my life,' Mr Donkin said.
A large machinery shed with a ride on mower, kids buggy and John Deere tractor stands outside the garage area, with three-bedroom guest accommodation studio separate from the main house.
The address is nestled into a lush green estate, with a private dam and landscaped garden.
The owner bought the home in 2012 and underwent huge renovations throughout the site, with the property listed with a price guide of $3.9-$4.1million.
Mr Donkin said the coronavirus pandemic was helping to draw buyers toward the expansive estate, with many seeking to escape crowded inner city regions for country solitude.
'It is booming out here, we have had so many people coming out, it's been really strong for us and other agencies too,' he said.
'I always ask people where they're coming from and I believe people are moving because you can work from home and have the space around you and peace.'
