*Simon Cowell* is undergoing surgery after breaking his back in an electric bicycle accident.
The music mogul and X Factor boss fell off the bike while testing it at his Malibu mansion, leading to emergency services being called.
Surgery began late Saturday evening (August 8th) with Simon Cowell confirmed to have broken his back.
"He's doing fine, he's under observation and is in the best possible hands," his spokesperson told the BBC.
