Belarus Holds Presidential Vote as Ruler Seeks Sixth Term

(Bloomberg) -- Voters in Belarus are going to the polls in presidential elections Sunday with incumbent Alexander Lukashenko bidding to extend his 26-year rule into a sixth term.
