Karnataka SSLC result 2020 date: Over 8 lakh to get results on August 10
Karnataka primary and secondary education minister S Suresh Kumar on Friday said that the Karnataka SSLC result 2020 will be announced on August 10.
Representative ImageNEW DELHI: Karnataka Board is all set to announce the SSLC results 2020 on August 10, 2020. Nearly 8.5 lakh students will finally get their Karnataka SSLC result 2020 as the Karnataka Secondary Education Examination Board (KSEEB) unveils the results on Monday at 3.00 pm on its official website.
"This time the SSLC exam results will be published on 10.08.2020 at 3.00 pm," said Karnataka primary and secondary education minister S Suresh Kumar on Friday.
Students who have taken the Karnataka 10th examination this year will be able to check their results from the official portal of the Karnataka Board — kseeb.kar.nic.in. The Karnataka SSLC result 2020 will also be made available on the Karnataka result’s website — karresults.nic.in.
This year, Karnataka Secondary Education Examination Board conducted the SSLC exams in March and April. The Board had to put off the exams that were scheduled for March due to the outbreak of Covid-19 pandemic. Later, the Board conducted the remaining exams in June 2020.
The Board had conducted the SSLC exams at 3,000 centres in June. The students and staff had to undergo mandatory thermal screening. Students and staff were not allowed to enter the examination centre without wearing masks and thermal screening.
For the smooth conduct of the exams in 6 subjects, including English, Kannada, third language, natural science, social science and mathematics, a whopping 86,000 people, including 63,000 state-run school teachers and 23,000 from other departments like health, police and social welfare were on duty.
