Court notice is given to six MLAs who joined Congress from BSP! CM Ashok Gehlot may visit Jaisalmer

Following the decision of the High Court bench, six MLAs who joined the Congress from the BSP were given court notice today at the Suryagarh Hotel in Jaisalmer. In the presence of SP, the readers of Jaisalmer DJ Court reached the hotel to serve notice.

There has been a stir in the Suryagarh Hotel after these MLAs received notice. All the six MLAs who joined the Congress from the BSP last year are staying in this hotel in Jaisalmer.

Earlier on Thursday, the High Court bench asked the single bench on the plea of ​​BJP leader Madan Dilawar and BSP in the case of BSP MLAs to decide on August 11 as per the legal provisions on the stay application filed by them.

The High Court bench had asked all six BSP MLAs to serve notice to the Special Messenger before August 8. Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot may once again visit Jaisalmer.
