2021 Women’s 50-over World Cup postponed until 2022
The 50-over Women's World Cup has been shifted back by a year to 2022. It was originally scheduled to happen in New Zealand between February 6 and March 7, to 2022. The decision was announced after the ICC Business Corporation met virtually on Friday.
This is the second tournament postponed by ICC in the last two months owing to coronavirus concerns after the board deferred 2020 men's T20 World Cup, slated to be held in Australia between October and November, to 2022.
