NEW DELHI: <a href="/topic/The-Nifty-Financial-Services" target="_blank">The Nifty Financial Services</a> index was trading in the red zone on Friday's morning session.

<br> Shares of <a target="_blank" href="/bajaj-finserv-ltd/stocks/companyid-21426.cms">Bajaj Finserv</a> (up 0.94 per cent), Shriram Transport Finance (up 0.72 per cent), <a href="/topic/HDFC-Life-Insurance" target="_blank">HDFC Life Insurance</a> (up 0.7 per cent), Mahindra & Mahindra Financial (up 0.67 per cent) and Bajaj Holdings & Investment (up 0.65 per cent) were among the top gainers.

<br> While ICICI Lombard Life (down 1.1 per cent), ICICI Pru Life (down 0.99 per cent), HDFC Bank (down 0.91 per cent), <a target="_blank" href="/icici-bank-ltd/stocks/companyid-9194.cms">ICICI Bank</a> (down 0.81 per cent) and <a target="_blank" href="/state-bank-of-india/stocks/companyid-11984.cms">SBI</a> Life (down 0.77 per cent) were the top losers in the index.

<br> The Nifty Financial Services index was trading 0.41 per cent down at 10752.75 around 10:43AM.

<br> Benchmark NSE Nifty50 index was down 20.50 points at 11179.65, while the <a target="_blank" href="/indices/sensex_30_companies">BSE Sensex</a> was 97.02 points at 37928.43.

<br> Among the 50 stocks in the Nifty index, 26 were trading in the green, while 24 were in the red.

<br> Shares of YES Bank, Vodafone Idea, Alok Industries, Tata Motors and Federal Bank were among the most traded shares on the NSE.
