The winner of the $20million was a young man from Liverpool, in Sydney's west.
He took home the entire division one prize after holding the only division one winning entry in draw 1263.
The man said he will spend his winnings on a new car, jetski and a trip to Las Vegas, as well as a new house for his parents.
