NEW DELHI: The Delhi government on Thursday sent the proposal again to lieutenant governor Anil Baijal regarding the opening of hotels and weekly market in the national capital.
The govt has also sought permission to open gyms and yoga institutes.
Earlier, the LG had turned down some key proposals of the Aam Aadmi Party government on the Unlock 3.
To restart economic activity in the hospitality sector, the CII national committee on tourism had also written to the lieutenant governor on Wednesday requesting that hotels be reopened at the earliest.
The panel had requested for waiver and suspension of certain fixed charges to be paid to Delhi government and deferment of licence fees.
