300 Covid -ve cops guard PM

A heavy security cordon was thrown around Ayodhya for PM Modi’s visit, with over 300 policemen, all Covid-negative, deployed for his security.
Of them, 150 policemen formed the inner cordon of the PM’s security. All roads leading to Ayodhya were sealed. As the Ram Janmabhoomi premises is situated in a populated area, SPG commandos and sharpshooters took up positions at all houses and on the roofs of nearby temples. Ayodhya DIG Deepak Kumar said even the borders with Nepal in neighbouring districts were sealed.
