With precautionary measures in place, Gurgaon gyms reopen in Unlock 3

As a part of the third phase of Unlock, gyms in Gurgaon reopen with safety measures in place
As per MHA's guidelines for Unlock 3, gyms and spas in Gurgaon were given the permission to resume their operations starting August 5, and after months of working out at home, Gurgaon's fitness enthusiasts were finally able to head back to their gyms. While Delhiites will have to wait a bit longer to get back to their gyms, people from the Millenium City were seen sweating it out on the first day.
On August 5, we visited BOMISO Gym & Spa in Gurgaon, and saw that they had a slew of safety measures in place. Anubhav Rai, owner, BOMISO Gym & Spa, tells us, "People above 65, pregnant women and kids below 10, are not allowed in the gym as of now. If someone has an outdoor area, then they should make use of it and the windows should be open at all times for better ventilation. Regular sanitisation and maintaining social distancing are a must."
Gurugrammers are happy to be back in gyms after Unlock 3

Rita Dagar, a resident of Sushant Lok, Phase1, says, "Gymming is my first love. It was like getting my life back. At the entrance, we were asked to sanitise our hands. There was a person who was sanitising equipment each time it was used. There was no physical contact between people at the gym. Gym-goers were being cautious themselves and personal trainers were also keeping a safe distance from the clients. I think people will get used to the new normal."
Annu Marbaniang, another fitness enthusiast shares, "There were few people on the first day. Everyone was working out in their masks and following social distancing. I was excited as well as happy to go back."
