Sushant Singh Rajput Death Case LIVE: Supreme Court to hear Rhea Chakraborty's petition today
Amid unprecedented tug of war between police of Bihar and Maharashtra over the right to probe the death of the actor who was found hanging at his Mumbai residence on June 14, Centre has informed SC that Bihar government's recommendation for CBI probe into death case of actor Sushant Singh Rajput has been accepted.
Solicitor General Tushar Mehta states before Supreme Court that Centre has accepted Bihar govt's request recommending CBI enquiry into the death case. Meanwhile, SC is hearing Rhea Chakraborty's petition seeking direction for transfer of investigation from Patna to Mumbai.
