Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot has instructed that in all the districts where corona cases are increasing, district collectors can impose lockdown, night curfew, containment, and other restrictions in a limited area as per requirement.


He said that since the lockdown opened, there has been a decrease in vigilance among people about the corona. People are coming anywhere forgetting social distancing, this is increasing the cases of the corona. In this case, strict adherence to the corona protocol.

Gehlot reviewed the condition of corona infection at the Chief Minister's residence on Monday. He said that strict adherence to protocol is also necessary. People will still have to follow other precautions including applying masks, social distancing, not spitting in public places.

The Chief Minister said that if someone living in a home quarantine violates the rules, he should be sent to institutional quarantine. Apart from this, in the second survey for the needy, so far about 3 lakh 23 thousand 162 families, 13 lakh 76 thousand families have registered. This survey will run till August 15.

Principal Secretary, Medical and Health Department, Akhil Arora said that night curfew and confinement have been done in the cities of Barmer, Alwar, Bikaner, Kota, Pali, etc.
