The ground-breaking ceremony of the laying of foundation stone of the Ram Temple in Ayodhya will take place on August 5. As many as 175 eminent guests, including 135 seers have been invited for the Ram Mandir bhumi pujan. PM Modi is expected to arrive at 11:30am tomorrow.
We have heard from media that Sri Sri Ravi Shankar (in file pic) has received an invite to the event. However, he has not been invited to the programme.

MP Congress will send 11 silver bricks for Ram temple, says Congress leader Kamal Nath.
Nath said the silver bricks were bought from contributions made by members of the Congress. "We will send 11 silver bricks for the construction of a Ram temple in Ayodhya on the behalf of citizens of Madhya Pradesh," the former chief minister told reporters. He said 'Hanuman Chalisa' was recited for happiness, progress and prosperity of Madhya Pradesh. Welcoming the upcoming construction of a Ram temple, Nath said its foundation had been led by prime minister (late) Rajiv Gandhi "who had opened the Ram Janmabhoomi temple site in 1985".

“We have collected soil from 2,578 places of historical significance for the bhoomi pujan ceremony on August 5,” Ambarish, regional secretary,UP East, Vishwa Hindu Parishad, told TOI. They have been stored at Karsevakpuram, where the temple workshop is located, in pots and cans for the August 5 ceremony.
LK Advani andMurli Manohar Joshi also unlikely to visit Ayodhya and join the event via video link.
"PM Modi will represent all of devotees," CM Adityanath had earlier said.
PM Narendra Modi is expected to arrive at 11:30am tomorrow.

The entire programme on Wednesday would take place from 11am to 2pm and guests will have to reach the venue two hours ahead of the programme.
BJP national vice-president Uma Bharti said she has decided to give the ceremony amid safety concerns due to Covid-19 pandemic.
The first invitation for the event was sent to Iqbal Ansari, one of the Muslim litigants in the Ayodhya dispute.
