• The ASX 200 added as much as 2.2% to climb back above 6000 at Tuesday's open. Tech and financials are surging

• Victoria has recorded 439 new cases of coronavirus, and a further 11 people have died. NSW has 11 new cases. 
• Mainland Chinese markets are subdued but Japanese, Korean and Hong Kong indices are higher. US futures are flat
