Conspiracy theory pest accuses a harmless JB Hi-Fi security guard of 'placing him under false arrest' for asking him to line up like every other customer

A conspiracy theorist who argues the response to the coronavirus pandemic is similar to Nazi Germany accused a JB Hi-Fi security guard of 'placing him under false arrest' for asking him to line up to enter the store.
Jason Baker is part of a growing cohort of people who refuse to follow government health directives introduced to stem the spread of COVID-19.
Mr Baker has repeatedly discouraged his followers from accepting legislation and orders regarding the virus.
He recounted his experience at JB Hi-Fi in the locked down suburb of Cranbourne North in Melbourne on Sunday, where he was accosted by several staff and customers for refusing to wear a mandatory face mask.
'I am not a confrontational person, I do not like confrontation,' he insisted while also explaining how he went head-to-head with a security guard, several staff members and a former cop.
'When I arrived there were a number of people being held under arrest out the front,' he said, referring to a queue of people waiting to enter the store to abide by customer limits enforced to adhere to social distancing requirements.
'Under certain circumstances, I will happily line up and wait my turn but... I will not play by the rules because it is a contractual agreement.'
Mr Baker said that by lining up without complaint, a person unknowingly places themselves under false arrest - or a 'breach of your freedom of movement.'
Instead, Mr Baker attempted to enter through the exit door and bypass the queue altogether.
When the security guard stopped him in his tracks, Mr Baker said he had no option but to 'confront the bully'.
'I said ''no, that would be placing me under false arrest, would you be willing to accompany me to court to answer for having placed me under false arrest'',' Mr Baker recalled, before explaining that the security guard appeared 'confused' by the statement.
'That's what happens when you confront bullies.'

Mr Baker said the employees are not 'intentionally' bullies, but are simply following their orders.
If it were his children in their position, he'd want someone like himself to be 'kind enough' to coach them into doing 'the right thing'.
Mr Baker also touched on the rhetoric used by anti-maskers, particularly in Victoria, who have described legislation making face masks mandatory in Melbourne as unlawful.
'In many cases, it is not literal law necessarily written down, but there are universal laws,' Mr Baker explained.
'So that's what's happening with this 'taking offence' and manipulation and games... everything is just boiling down to spiritual laws which are being broken all the time.'
In the 50-minute rant, Mr Baker touched on confrontations with several other people in the store, despite insisting he wasn't looking for trouble.
He painstakingly described the physical attributes of a store manager who approached him 'aggressively', as she pleaded with him to wear a mask - both for the safety of her and her staff and other customers.
'She was only half my size and a lady, so she was no threat physically,' Mr Baker said, before explaining he stands at about 6'6'', 'not ridiculously huge but not skinny either, [with] quite a bit of physical training and well and truly capable of taking care of myself'.

'I just pulled out my video and put it up to her and said ''would you mind stating your name and position clearly so the court can hear'' and she just turned around and walked away,' Mr Baker said.
Mr Baker said he was 'blown away' by the public's response to the virus - in particular the willingness to follow rules implemented to keep the public safe.
'It is Germany all over again,' he stated.
'How many years have we pointed the finger at Germany and the German people? They were judged and judged, and here we are, the universe has brought the cycle around and now every country is in this place and the people have bowed faster than Germany ever did.
'And they were bullied by all the other nations, and they were just trying to get back on their feet after WW1.'
Mr Baker said he would apologise to any German person he met.
Eventually, Mr Baker claims a male staff member agreed to assist him, which he described as a 'win'.
'There was a win, you see, when you do it right, there is always a win.'
Mr Baker has previously had similar run ins with Victoria Police for COVID-19 breaches at McDonald's
