A Chinese girl has been saved after getting her neck stuck between the bars of a window grille at some 50 feet above the ground.
The five-year-old dangled off the anti-theft metal frame five storeys up while being left unattended at home, according to eyewitnesses.
The child was reportedly pulled back to safety by several neighbours after they had teamed up to smash through the flat door.

The five-year-old child dangled off the anti-theft metal frame around 50 feet above the ground while being left unattended at home in Zaoyang, China's Hubei province, an eyewitness said
The girl was spotted swinging in midair dangerously at a residential compound on Saturday in the city of Zaoyang in central China's Hubei province, according to video news outlet Pear.
She had allegedly been playing on the balcony on her own before falling through a gap and getting trapped.
An eyewitness known by her surname Li said she saw the girl struggling in the air after hearing people yelling from across the road.

Ms Li said that one man who lived on the first floor of the same building tried but failed to break into the girl's home. The neighbour then climbed out of his flat, ready to scale the building from the outside.
Fortunately, several other neighbours had allegedly rushed up to the girl's home and joined forces to knock down the locked door.
Those neighbours then lifted the girl and pulled her back to safety.
'The whole [rescue] process was very short, and the rescue was in time. Kudos to the neighbours who saved her,' Ms Li said.
The girl had reportedly been locked at her home on her own. It remains unclear where her parents or caretakers were at the time of the accident.
