Woman drives BMW into four in Delhi

NEW DELHI: Four people including an ice-cream vendor were injured when a woman driving a BMW car ran into them near Kailash Colony.
The woman told police that she got startled and shifted the gear when her dog jumped tried to grab her ice-cream.

According to the ice-cream vendor, Mukesh Kumar, three people later identified as Sapana Kumari, Harshit Kaur and Guddu who were standing around his cart when the driver, Roshani Arora pulled up for an ice-cream. After paying for it, Arora switched on the ignition of her vehicle when suddenly the car raced forward, crushed hit ice-cream cart and hit the four people.
They were dragged for a few metres before Arora could bring the vehicle to a halt. Police were informed and four victims were shifted to a hospital where they are undergoing treatment. Arora's car was impounded and an FIR for negligent driving and causing hurt due to negligence has been registered.
