MUMBAI: An MMRDA employee died after falling from his fourth-floor flat at the officer’s quarters in Bandra-Kurla Complex (BKC) on Friday night. The BKC police did not find a suicide note, and are probing whether he jumped or it was an accidental fall. Kulwendra Singh Kapur (55), director (systems), was appointed to his MMRDA post on July 2, 2019. Before that, he worked for Western Railway. Singh is survived by his wife and 25-year-old son.
