The new flavour is a buttery cinnamon biscuit gelato layered with slabs of cookie butter and topped with crunchy biscuit pieces.
Loved all over the world, Lotus Biscoff have been creating the distinctive caramelised biscuits with all-natural ingredients since 1932.
Those wanting to try the Biscoff flavour should act quickly as it will only be available in stores during the month of August.

On Instagram Gelatissimo is also holding a competition and will be giving away five $10 gift cards to customers to try the new flavour.
Biscoff fans were delighted to hear about the news on social media and are eager to try it for themselves.
'This is the flavour of our dreams!' one customer said online, and another added: 'Dream come true? I think yes!'
