Rajasthan HC issues notices to 6 ex-BSP MLAs

JAIPUR: A Rajasthan high court single-judge bench of Justice Mahendar Kumar Goyal on Thursday issued notices to the speaker, the assembly secretary and six former BSP legislators who had merged with Congress last year, asking them to reply by August 11 on three petitions challenging the switch under the anti-defection law.
