'Dil Ko Karaar Aaya' is a part of the album 'Sukoon'. Neha Kakkar and Yaseer Desai have given voice to Sidharth Shukla and Neha Sharma, who look picture perfect in nearly every frame. Rajat Nagpal's music is also soothing to the ears. The music is a mix of guitar, flute and bass. Ankur Mukherjee worked on the guitar, while Kiran and Manas worked on the flute and bass respectively.

Lyricist Rana has penned the lines 'Dil Ko Karaar Aaya, Pehli Pehli Baar Aaya, Tujhpe Hai Pyaar Aaya, Oh Yaara,' which is the hookline of the track. Sneha Shetty Kohli has directed the video.

The video features Sidharth Shukla adorably looking at Neha Sharma while she is reading a book. The story in the video is him living the special moments between the two. The romance between the couple is no less than a fairytale either.
