After Sushant Singh Rajput's family, now Bihar government moves Supreme Court to oppose Rhea Chakraborty's petition

After Rhea Chakraborty recently appealed in the Supreme court for transfer of investigation against her from Bihar to Mumbai. Now, Sushant Singh Rajput's family and Bihar government have moved the apex court to oppose the petition filed by Rhea stating that the state government has the jurisdiction and power to investigate the case. The Bihar government's lawyer, Lalit Kishore in his latest interview said that the state government has filed a caveat in Supreme Court. He further added that Senior Supreme court advocate, Mukul Rohtagi would be appearing for Bihar government in the case whenever it gets listed for hearing. Meanwhile, Sushant's family lawyer, Vikash Singh said when Rhea doesn't believe in Mumbai police's investigation then why does she want to move the case there. Earlier, Rhea Chakraborty had requested Home Minister Amit Shah to initiate a CBI probe into Sushant's death.
