The war of words between Nick Kyrgios and Borna Coric shows no signs of abating after the duo continued to trade barbs on social media.

The latest round of insults came after Coric, who was one of four tennis players who tested positive for coronavirus after taking part in the ill-fated exhibition tournament in the Balkan region, said that he doesn't care about Kyrgios' opinions and was not interested in "lessons" from the Australian.

Kyrgios then hit back on Twitter saying: "You should care. Do you have rocks in your head?"

And in the latest round of insults Coric responded by asking "You're preaching about behavior?? Bored much or too much wine?"

World No 40 Kyrgios was unimpressed by the Croatian's post and retorted: "Again. Joking about a global pandemic. Shows your maturity level champion. Gonna be good to see you next, see if that peanut of a brain has grown."

Before ending with "But yes, a tad bored watching your boring ass tennis and personality bringing absolutely zero to the sport."
