As we complete four months since Irrfan Khans's demise, The Academy of Motion Pictures Arts and Science has paid homage to the late actor. On Wednesday, they shared a video on finding hope and persevering in the face of challenges.
The clip featured Al Pacino from 'The Scent of Woman', 'Children of Men', Tim Robbins from 'The Shawshank Redemption', and a special surprise in Irrfan Khan featuring in a scene from 'Life Of Pi'. Irrfan is asked if his story had a happy ending, to which he said, "Well that's up to you."
Sharing the video, The Academy wrote, "A celebration of hope—through the lens of movies we love." Fans showered love on the video, especially after seeing Irrfan in it. "I feel so proud when i see this legend Mr. @irrfank along with these actors! The Best Man in the Best place," wrote a fan while lauding the video.
