Sources said that these Rafale planes were to land at Ambala Airforce Station from the west direction. Normally all fighter aircraft stationed in this air force station also land from this direction.

But despite the ban, the people of the colonies settled at the western end of Ambala Air Force Station climbed on their roofs to look after Rafael. Apart from this, the movement of large circles at the western end was also seen in the sky. Along with this, on the National Highway number one, immediately adjacent to the Air Force Station, people who suddenly saw Rafael stopped their vehicles and blocked their vehicles.

Many people started standing above the vehicles and trying to peek inside the Airforce station. In view of these conditions, Rafale's landing direction was changed to the eastern end instead of the west. Whereas before this, the Chief of Air Staff Special aircraft also landed from the western end.

Ambala Air Force Station considers its eastern end more secure. The big reason for this is that Ambala Army Base Camp has been built in a large part of this eastern end. Therefore, the Airforce was quite confident that if the landing of Rafale aircraft from the eastern end could be more secure. The movement in the army base camp at this end is also relatively less and the restriction of the civil area is complete. Since Rafael was supposed to come on Wednesday. Therefore, many roads in the Army area were closed for movement.
