An Australian couple has transformed a dull corner in their home into a gorgeous breakfast nook.
The pair, from New South Wales, created the bright, spacious area by using supplies from Bunnings Warehouse and home décor products from Kmart.
'We originally considered turning this area into a walk-in pantry, but decided that it would be a shame to lose all the natural light!' Rhiannon wrote on Facebook.
'So we decided a breakfast nook would be the perfect alternative and we're so happy with how it turned out!'
Rhiannon shared before and after images of the DIY project to the Bunnings Mums Australia Facebook group – which has more than 167,000 members.

Rhiannon said she painted the windows black while her husband and his friend created the wooden seat and new flooring.
The white square table was purchased from Facebook marketplace for $60 and the cushions were bought from Kmart.
The couple also don't seem to shy away from home projects, as Rhiannon has previously shared images of their hallway and spare bedroom renovation.
