Man arrested under Pocso Act

Mangaluru: The Dakshina Kannada district police arrested a 50-year-old man under the Pocso Act for sexually harassing a five-year-old in Bellare police station limits.
The arrested accused is Selavkumar, who stayed at a rented home in Bellare. Police said that accused used to lure a five-year-old girl with chocolates, and was sexually harassing her since four months. A few days ago the victim told about her ordeal to her parents, who later filed a complaint at the jurisdictional police station under the Pocso Act.
