The case of BSP MLAs joining the Congress in Rajasthan is now catching on. BSP supremo Mayawati said that her party has decided to teach Congress a lesson on an unconstitutional merger. She said that Bahujan Samaj Party would take the issue to the Supreme Court if the need arose.

By the way, a petition in this regard can also be filed by the BSP in the High Court today. This petition can be filed on behalf of BSP General Secretary Satish Mishra. The party said in this regard that Bahujan Samaj is a national party.

In such a situation, the merger of MLAs with Congress can be accepted only when it is at the national level. In such a situation, the BSP can challenge the order of merger of Assembly Speaker CP Joshi. Earlier on Tuesday, BJP MLA Madan Dilawar filed two petitions in this regard in the Rajasthan High Court.
