Ram Temple: Telangana BJP chief condemns Asaduddin Owaisi over his remark against PM Modi

HYDERABAD: Telangana BJP chief Bandi Sanjay Kumar on Wednesday objected to the comments by the AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi on Prime Minister Narendra Modi over Ram temple issue in Ayodhya saying that his words were anti constitutional. In a press statement he sought to know if a Mosque existed in that place since 400 years, who could have destroyed the temple existing before it.
"As BJP we are condemning the remarks by AIMIM chief, when the temple construction is about to begin", he said. Sanjay Kumar further said respecting all religions is real secularism, Hindus all over the world want a temple to be built in Ayodhya. He stated that building the temple is a historical need.
On his twitter handle Owaisi commented that “attending the Ram Mandir ceremony on August 5, Prime Minister Narendra Modi would violate his constitutional oath”
