The court while referring to UP's infamous gangster Vikas Dubey said that the Uttar Pradesh government is still upset due to the bail granted to the culprits. The court further said that Vikas Dubey was granted bail, but what he did after that, all have seen this.

In fact, a criminal who had eight cases registered in the Supreme Court had approached the court for bail. But the court rejected his bail plea, saying that you are a dangerous man, so you cannot be granted bail.

Significantly, Vikas Dubey was killed in an encounter in Bikur village of Kanpur district of Uttar Pradesh on the night of July 2, killing a team of eight policemen after attacking him along with a team. He was arrested from Mahakal temple located in Ujjain city of Madhya Pradesh.
