Maharashtra SSC Result 2020: Date and time

NEW DELHI: Putting an end to the anxiety of over seventeen lakh students, Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) has announced SSC results date today i.e., July 28, 2020. As per the schedule, the Maharashtra SSC result 2020 will be announced at 1.00 pm on July 29, 2020.
The Maharashtra SSC result will be released on the official website of the Board — mahahsscboard.maharashtra.gov.in.
Earlier, Maharashtra school education minister Varsha Gaikwad had said that SSC (Class X) results can be expected at the end of July. However, the Maharashtra SSC result 2020 will now be released tomorrow.
A total of 17,65,898 candidates had registered for the Maharashtra SSC exam which commenced on March 3. The state could not hold the Geography paper for SSC students and had to cancel the same due to the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic. The SSC students will be given an average of their marks in other subjects as their score in Geography.
This year, the internal assessment of 20 marks for language subjects in SSC exams has made a comeback. To maintain security, Barcode on answer sheets were printed and about 276 flying squads have been appointed to keep a watch on exam malpractices.
The registration for the Maharashtra SSC exam saw an increase of 65,285 this year. Around 110 transgenders had registered for the Maharashtra SSC exam 2020.
This year, the board has also set up 24/7 helplines at nine divisions of the state board to address queries of students.
