Ram Lalla to don ‘navratna’ attire

LUCKNOW: The idol of Ram Lalla at Ram Janambhoomi will don new attire fitted with nine jewels during the “bhoomi pujan” of the Ram temple in Ayodhya.
Ramdal Seva Trust president Pandit Kalkiram will present the special costume to the idol. These costumes will be fitted with jewels of nine varieties, making it “Navratna” clothing.
Tailor Bhagwat Pahari said, “I am lucky to have the honour of stitching the clothes for Ram Lalla on this historic occasion.I will definitely prepare attire that will be historic in itself.” “We have been stiching clothes for Ram Lalla for many generations,” he added.
