UAB Ignitis Grupė is converted to AB Ignitis Grupė

AB Ignitis Grupė, (hereinafter – the Company) identification code 301844044, registered office placed at Žvejų str. 14, Vilnius, Republic of Lithuania. The total nominal value of issued bonds 900 000 000 EUR; ISIN codes XS1646530565; XS1853999313; XS2177349912.

The Company hereby notifies that on the 28th of July 2020 in the Register of Legal Entities the new Articles of Association which establishes amended legal form of the Company from a private limited liability company to a public limited liability company and stipulates the name of the Company - AB Ignitis grupė.

The Articles of Association of the Company were amended by the decision of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Lithuania, which is the body implementing the rights of the shareholder of the Company, on the 30^th of June 2020.

The conversion of the Company is considered completed on 28^th of July, 2020.
