The UK's coronavirus death toll has risen by 14, bringing the total number of fatalities to 45,752.

The Department of Health says that there have been 299,426 lab-confirmed cases after 747 more people tested positive for Covid-19.

In Wales, 17,125 people have now tested positive for the virus with 22 new cases reported on Sunday.

One new deaths were recorded in Wales in the last 24 hours - bringing the death toll to 1,549.

Concerns have been raised about a recent spike in cases in Wrexham, and Public Health Wales recorded 11 new cases there in the most recent 24 hour period, the highest in Wales.

There have been 52 new cases in Wrexham in the past week, and 82 in the last two weeks, which is significantly more cases than any other part of the country is currently recording.
