Rajasthan Governor Kalraj Mishra has once again returned the Ashok Gehlot government's proposal to convene the assembly session. According to information received from Raj Bhavan sources today, the Governor has returned the revised proposal of the Cabinet to call a special session of the Assembly with some questions to the Ashok Gehlot government.
In the last week, Governor Kalraj Mishra has returned the proposal of the Rajasthan government to convene the assembly session for the second time. Amid the ongoing political crisis in Rajasthan, the cabinet headed by Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot had sent a revised proposal to Governor Kalraj Mishra for convening the assembly session from 31 July.
It is worth noting that there has been political turmoil in Rajasthan after the adoption of the rebellion by the 19 Congress MLAs, including former President Sachin Pilot.
