Perpetrators behind the fake nudes of Catriona Gray to face legal action

Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray, was recently dragged into an unnecessary controversy when her topless picture was circulated online.

Sources close to the Filipina-Australian beauty queen have confirmed that the picture is bogus!

Catriona’s legal counsel Joji Alonso said “We want to inform the public that the photo is fake and digitally altered. We strongly denounce this vicious attempt to tarnish the good name of Ms. Gray.”

Further emphasizing on the need to verify any news before circulating she said, “At a time when fake news is prevalent, we firmly urge the public to be discerning and critical of what they see and share on social media.”

“We are actively coordinating with authorities to hold accountable whoever is behind this scheme and face penal sanctions accordingly. We will likewise take legal action against those involved in the manufacture and publication of said photo,” Alonso confirmed.

Though the diva has not yet commented on the issue, her boyfriend Sam Milby came out in support and shared a beautiful post captioned, “Cat is one of the kindest souls I’ve ever known. She is always putting other people first, thinking of how to use her voice and talent to help other people in need. Her grace, dignity, and strength even in the midst of all these false accusations makes me admire and love her even more.

I will always be here for her and will do anything in my power to protect her.”
