Investor Ravi Omprakash Agrawal has acquired an additional half a percent stake in e-commerce technology platforms company Infibeam Avenues on July 27 via open market transaction.
Agrawal has bought 34,68,572 equity shares in Infibeam at Rs 74.85 per share, the bulk deals data available on the National Stock Exchange showed.
The investor had 2,49,22,255 equity shares (representing 3.75 percent of total paid-up equity capital of Infibeam) in Infibeam as of June 2020. With this transaction, he has increased the shareholding to over 4 percent.
Among other deals, Resonance Opportunities Fund also increased its shareholding in Best Agrolife by half a percent on July 27 as the fund acquired 1,12,000 equity shares at Rs 610.35 per share on the BSE.
As of June 2020, the fund held 3.47 percent or 7,65,500 shares in Best Agro, taking total shareholding to nearly 4 percent.
Gagandeep Consultancy Private Limited has bought 4.5 lakh shares in Raymond (representing 0.67 percent of total paid-up equity) at Rs 249.45 per share.
Anikabanu Afroz Hasanfatta has acquired 15 lakh shares in Vikas EcoTech at Rs 6.22 per share.
