The recent pandemic seems to show no discrimination. It has been affecting people across all ages and factions including political bureaucrats, the recent one being Actor Vishal and his father Producer cum Actor, GK Reddy.

Actor Vishal took his social media handle to declare that himself and his father GK Reddy contracted the virus last week but has now recovered after medication. The actor also said that his father was the first one to show symptoms and the actor got infected while taking care of his father.

He further added that his manager also had similar symptoms such as high temperature, cold and cough. The tweet further revealed that they all underwent ayurvedic treatment and are now 'hale and healthy'.

Following Vishal's tweet, his fans were seen pouring in their prayers and well-wishes for the actor and his family. This is the first known K-Town celebrity who has been infected by the Corona Virus.

It is to be noted that 2 weeks ago, Bollywood legend Amitabh Bachchan and his son Abishek Bachchan were admitted to a hospital after testing positive for COVID-19, actress Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and her daughter, who were under home quarantine after testing positive, were also moved to a hospital last week.

Meanwhile on the career front, Vishal who was last seen in 'Action', will soon be seen in 'Chakra' as a military officer. He also has  'Thupparivaalan 2' in his kitty, which is expected to begin soon after the lockdown and the actor is said to helm as the director of the movie,  who is also producing the film under his home banner, Vishal Film Factory.
