Mumbai police are reportedly a few weeks away from wrapping up the investigation into Sushant Singh Rajput's suicide. They have already questioned as many as 38 people in this case, including Bollywood honchos like Aditya Chopra, Sanjay Leela Bhansali and Shekhar Kapur as they look into a professional rivalry angle. Most recently, the director of what would have been the late actor's forthcoming rom-com film with girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty, Rumi Jaffery was summoned to the station. In his statement, he reportedly said that Sushant and Rhea were ‘made for each other’. Rhea was always supporting her boyfriend and continued to take care of him during his alleged depression. Rumi also shared details of his last chat with Sushant where he had tried to understand his state of mind. The filmmaker also talked about how excited Sushant had been to begin shooting for his film by May 2020 in London, which got delayed due to COVID-19 pandemic.
