Raj Police Seeks CCTV Footage, Guest List from Manesar Hotel to Trace MLA Bhanwarlal Sharma | In their search for Sachin Pilot-loyalist MLA Bhanwarlal Sharma, accused of attempting to topple the Congress government in Rajasthan, the police's Special Operation Group has sought CCTV footage and guest list from a Manesar hotel to trace him. The SOG has registered an FIR against Bhanwarlal Sharma, Gajendra Singh and one Sanjay Jain on the basis of a complaint lodged by Congress Chief Whip Mahesh Joshi who had submitted audio clips as evidence of them plotting to bring down the government.

Congress to Take Rajasthan Battle to Other States, Hold Protests on Monday against BJP's 'Anti-democratic Actions' | The Congress will launch nationwide protests in front of different Raj Bhavans against the BJP's "anti-democratic and anti-constitutional actions" as the party remains locked in a political crisis in Rajasthan. The ruling Congress in the state has accused the BJP of attempting to topple its government. Before the protests, the Congress will organise a nationwide online campaign called “Speak Up for Democracy” on July 26 from 10 am onward. State units have been asked to ensure the participation of party leaders, MPs, MLAs and other functionaries by way of posting videos and posts on different social media platforms highlighting the issue, said the party in a statement. The Congress ended its sit-in after five hours after getting an assurance from the governor that he will go by the constitutional provisions on summoning an assembly session. Leader of Opposition in the Rajasthan Assembly Gulab Chand Kataria demanded Gehlot's resignation. Asked if the BJP had sought President's rule in the state, he said no such demand was raised.

The Rajasthan BJP also submitted a memorandum to Mishra saying the "Chief Minister's threat suggesting 'gherao' of Raj Bhavan and expressing an inability of ensuring security is a clear violation under IPC Section 124". All India Congress Committee (AICC) General Secretary Avinash Pande said the campaign will start at 10 am today. In a video message on Saturday night, he said the Congress government in Madhya Pradesh government was toppled by the BJP and now it was "conspiring to do the same in Rajasthan".
