Prime Minister Narendra Modi in his monthly address to the nation "Mann ki baat" said the recovery rate in India is better than in other countries.

"Today, Covid-19 recovery rate in our country is better than others. Our fatality rate is much less than in most other countries. We able to save the lives of lakhs of people, but the threat of Coronavirus is not over yet. It is spreading fast in many areas, we need to remain vigilant," said PM Modi

While stressing on the coronavirus precautions, PM Narendra Modi also said before removing masks in public, think about the frontline health workers who have been working diligently since March.

Tweeting days ahead of the Mann ki Baat programme, PM Modi had on July 11 invited people to share "inspiring anecdotes" and initiatives that have brought about positive changes and transformed lives.
