NTA enables correction window for candidates appearing in both JEE Main and NDA exams

NEW DELHI: National Testing Agency (NTA) has reopened the correction window of JEE Main 2020 asking candidates to provide information regarding N.D.A. & N.A. Examination (I), 2020.
The notification in this regard released on the website instructed that "The candidates appearing for N.D.A. & N.A. Examination (I), 2020 being conducted by UPSC on 6 September 2020 are informed to also update as ‘YES’, in their Online Application Form, during the correction period so that there is no clash of their schedule of JEE (Main) with N.D.A. & N.A. Examination (I), 2020."
NTA has scheduled to hold JEE Main examination from September 1 to 6, and UPSC will conduct NDA and NA exams on September 6. Keeping in view the interest of the candidates and to avoid any clash between these two examinations, the NTA has reopened the correction of JEE (Main) Application Forms. To ensure that the examinations of such candidates do not clash, the candidates are required to individually indicate in their Application Forms that they are appearing in both these examinations.
The last date to make the changes (whether appearing in NDA & NA exam or not) in the application form is July 31. Notification further reads "Therefore, those candidates who are appearing in both of these examinations and who have still not been able to inform NTA about the clash of their examinations during the earlier correction period, should visit the website (jeemain.nta.nic.in) and update the column “Whether appearing for N.D.A. & N.A. Examination (I), 2020 being conducted by UPSC on 6 September 2020”, positively by 31st July, 2020(up to 11.50 PM)."
