Protesters outisde activist Saket Gokhale's home
MUMBAI: Four BJP workers were arrested on Saturday for raising slogans outside the Mira Road home of journalist turned activist Saket Gokhale on Friday. They were later released on bail by the Thane sessions court.
Vishal Patil (35), Harshal Davane (28), Roshan Ghare (28) and Ranveer Bajpayee (33) were arrested based on CCTV images from the building. Search is on for six others.

Those arrested were among a group of men who had barged into Gokhale's residential building in Kashimira and raised slogans against him.
They shouted slogans of 'Jai Shree Ram' and targeted him for filing a petition in the Allahabad high court seeking a stay on the 'bhoomi pujan ceremony' of Ram temple at Ayodhya on August 5.
The ceremony will be attended by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and other BJP leaders.
Even while the petition was quashed by the court in the day, the protesters arrived below his building in the evening with placards against Gokhale.
Gokhale was quick to tweet videos of the protest to state home minister Anil Deshmukh and Congress leader Sachin Sawant. Senior officers from the Kashimira police station reached Gokhale's home. He was provided police protection.
On Saturday, the accused were identified based on the video images. They have been booked under IPC sections 143(a)(unlawful assembly) 188(disobedience), 269,270 (spread of infection) of the IPC. They were released on bail by personal bond by the Thane sessions court.
Gokhale had tweeted about receiving death threats on his phone after he wrote about the Maharashtra poll panel using the BJP IT cell during the October assembly elections.
He tweeted that the agitation and slogan raising outside his house were not about the temple but his exposure of BJP infiltrating the Election Commission.
